Thread: BB 9860 stuck at the main screen cant startup

hi,im currently using a BB 9860.i switched off and on my device but the screen appears to be stuck at the startup blackberry.(white loading bar).any solutions??is it something to do with my software?

Have you tried a battery pull?

yup tried that even tried starting it without the battery while connected to the pc..

The only thing I can think of is to reload the os. Start your DM, hook your phone up, reboot your phone and reinstall the os. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

i also having that problem too...whereby it hanging for loading startup.
i did try using DM and apploader and yet it still cant recover. if using BBSAK, i did try but it show OS not found or device not found.
are the any software can do it or solution for it.

Try a few battery pulls in succession. Then leave the battery in and see if it will fully load up.
