I Think When I updated 220.127.116.114 official AT&T Then BBid had an update But Didnt Prompted Me To Change my Password
AT&T Told me That with the new 7.1 There has to be one Capital letter in the password, well ive had the same password for years
know I cant get in my BB Protect and you get 10 trys im on # 7 so i,m not messing with it again until i KNow for sure I can Change it

By the way, my wife uses a password without any uppercase letters - so I'm not sure where the AT&T guy was getting that information from.
My BBID has been the same for years and mine hasn't ever had capital letters. It's been my experience that the store people don't really know much about anything! I would say you are good to go!
