    Curve 8520 No internet access

    I've got a Curve 8520; with the following problems:

    1. My screen faded and just turned blank (I googled it and it is called "the white screen of death"); it looks like that problem is solved now as I left the back cover and battery pen the whole night.

    2. My second problem now is that after this white screen of death story, i don't have any internet access. I tried a few help sites and done all that instructions but it still doesn't want to work. My internet worked fine before the screen started turning white. My phone is about 20 months old (not even 2 years), I'm on a pre paid plan, but I still have a few days left before I have to renew the internet.

    Can you please help?

    Sorry to hear about your troubles Karen. I know it can be quite frustrating! Try this: Go to manage connections<click on mobile network<click menu button and then click on "update profile")?

    Also try resending your service books: Go to your messages folder<click the menu and go to your options<go to email account management<click the menu button<service books and resend the service books.

    If these two methods fail, call your service provider and they should be able to help you. Good luck and please post back! Have a great day!

    I have a bold 10 phone ,is not up to a week that i bought it .now if i call i can't hear and they will not hear me too and the ringer is not ringing.

    Bold 10? Please clarify. Sounds like you might have a hardware issue.
