When I received my BB9360 I transfered I'd from my BB8520 the
I'd my 9360 is on permanent acount with Bouygues the8520 is on lycamobile account and when I want to downland the following message shows up :
Error I'd : 40760 what have I got to do , please help , thanks in advance !

you can go into the menu of your phone, accounts, blackberry id and change the email, user name, etc on the phone and then confirm with your password and you will get an email that you changed your id information. I hope that is what you were asking. I just changed mine on one of my 9900"s to a new user name and email and it worked like a charm.
