Thread: About BBM...

Hello Masters,

I have one issue here about bbm after i updated to the latest version 6.2.050, i cant open link due to cannot read all the link.



My device is BB9900, BB9790... is there any solution for this w/o downgrading the version of firmware?

Are you able to copy and paste the url into the browser manually?
I have never seen this before after upgrading but i will research it.

No you can't copy and paste due to incomplete letter as you seen on the pics. most of our customer here complaining about that issue. so i have no choice i have to downgrade the firmware version.

You indicated two devices in your post is the 9790 on OS 6.0 the one having the issue?

Yes BB9790 firmware version is 9790AllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel2039_PL9.16.0.158_A7.1.0.7 14, but this version is OK>9790M_PBr7.0.0_rel2254_PL9.16.0.57_A7.0.0.528. the problem here is the BBM version 6.2 the version 6.1 is no issue. so the only solution i know is to downgrade the firmware version or BBM version but i cant find any link of 6.1 BBM.
