Hello and good morning! For a full backup, the BlackBerry Desktop Manager is the best way to backup your device. It requires having a computer with the DM downloaded and a data cable. Start the DM, connect your phone to your computer using the data cable and you're off!
I also us BlackBerry Protect to create a backup weekly of contacts, messages, etc. My most critical app is my Password Keeper and BB Protect backs that up too!
