    Help me updating my BBtorch 9860

    When i run as administrator the "Loader" it takes so long to pop up and when i click next the communication port is blank, anyone can help me out? Please.

    Is it sill blank when you hit the drop down arrow? Have you done a battery pull?

    Try and reboot your computer. Also, be sure to right click on Loader.exe and select "Run As Administrator"

    Well sir i successfully updated my 9860 using the O2 UK file, and now i'm in 7.1 Bundle 1149(v7.1.0.342, platform 5.1.0.276). But when i connect it to my pc and use BBDM the "Loading Application List" is stuck for about 30mins. Is that normal or some kind of a bug when i install the new OS?

    Do a battery pull restart to your device, and also restart your computer and try again.
