Try doing a few battery pulls in succession. So take the battery out, wait about 15 seconds, put it back in. Then repeat for about 3 times, until on the 4th time let the battery stay in and try and load the phone.Quote:

There is a solution, but it involves re-installing your OS. As Ice asked whether you backed up your device as once you re-install the OS you will lose any information that wasn't backed up.
So, if you don't mind losing the information that's on your device then I would recommend re-installing the same OS, or another OS version.
