Thread: SMS become green and empty

Hi All,

need help with my BB device 9900 OS 7.1 0.569, an old sms is become green and empty, while i still need that text msg, is there i need to set up so won't become green..?

Also, how to sent text msg to all my contact (like broadcast at BBM)..?

If you want to send text messages to multiple people then you want to use Contact groups. You can do that by performing the following steps:

1. Click Address Book.
2. From the Address Book menu, click New Group.
3. Type a name for the group in the New Group field.
4. From the New Group menu, click Add Member
5. Select a member from the Address Book.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each member.
7. From the New Group menu, click Save Group to create a group.

As for the green messages a phone will usually do that when its low on memory, and begins to delete older messages. It is also an indicator that it has been saved as a draft.
