Hello LazoNahas, and welcome to ::bbos::
Do you remembered if you have you blocked this person via BBM and/or your BlackBerry device?
Please read How to block and unblock contacts using BlackBerry Messenger
Thank you.
I have a suspicion that the person may be sending pin messages. Can you post a screen shot? Remember to blur out all names/pins before you post it.
I have to agree with BBSuperAbuser, this person maybe sending you messages via PIN.
You can block any PIN by going to Options>Security>Firewall> Enable scroll to PIN, check PIN, and add (don't forget to save).
This prevents any BlackBerry user from sending you a PIN message.
On an unrelated suggestion, you can even add a person's mobile number to Text Messages.
I have attached a screen shot below.

If you need any further help, please post below.
Thank you.
Dear Grimreaper,
I checked your settings above to block the "unwanted" call/email/messages.
To thick PIN/ text messages etc means to block ALL related content to that service,
so, we now need to add exceptions to the rule.
It means that ALL PIN and text messages from unknown people are blocked.
Is it not so?
Isn't there any simple way to just block a person without having to block all and add exceptions?
If there is.. then it is certainly easier to control...
Hello tws992004, if you scroll down further, you will see the BlackBerry Firewall option to enable PIN, then below Exceptions;
Specific Addresses, Phone Numbers, or PINs
This is where you enter the specific information, this will not affect the remaining Addresses, Phone Numbers, or PINs.
Thank you.

Hello LazoNahas,
Here is a link I found via BlackBerry Knowledge Base;
How to block incoming messages using the BlackBerry smartphone firewall
Try this, and keep me posted.
Also, I would strongly suggest contacting your mobile carrier, and see if they can assist you with your issue.
Thank you.
LazoNahas, we're here to help you the best we can, to give you guidance and suggestions.
We also need you to calm down.
Thank you.
