help my alx doesnt wanna reload after my os reload

What you have is an .alx file and your app folder. If you open the app folder that you saved, it should list all of the third party apps that were on your device. Those are the two pieces of data that you should keep when you backup your 3rd party apps. Now, after you save those you should check to see that a copy of the .alx file in inside the folder that contains all your apps. If it is not, copy the .alx file and then open the folder with all your apps and paste the .alx file inside your app folder. Now go back and run the app loader. Once you get to the configuration screen, you should have a choice to browse so you can add other apps. Select this and look for the folder that you have all your apps in. The only thing that app loader is going to recognize is the .alx file. Select it and now the app loader will re configure and it should import your 3rd party apps.

hay guy sfigured it out my phone over heated . and wasnt taking a charge. so i put in frig now it works thanks for all your help. i was so confuesd it never did that before. its a 103 degrees here

well ive been working in the heat all day and phone has been getting hot meter berry waas reading higher then 107 and been charging well i thought it was. well it was really hot like smoking so i just thought for a second and put it in the freezer and wal lah freaking wierd huh

What happened to the .alx then? Just curios..

i had him log into DM and go to app loader in DM and find his alx and he says all the apps populated properly... so i really dont know what happened before :lmao:
