    BB File Scout

Be careful of what you delete though.
So it should be system | samples folder?
Maybe I'll copy it to my card.

BBFileScout isn't allowing me to copy, move the sample dir, or files over tot he card.

Is there a trick to this?

Ok so I zipped them all up and then moved them to my card.
I deleted the sample folder and found that I dont have ringtones...
Guess that will give me more memory...

Anyway I didn't want to loose all the ringtones so I moved the zipped files back over to Systems|Samples|ringtones and unzipped the file.
HAH well it did unzipped but the files are 0bits and unrecognizable.

So much for a thought out plan.
What can I do to get the ringtones back?

    Thanks

Plug your phone back into you DM manager and run application loader again. It should see that that they are missing and re install them.

can I only add the ringtones or do I have to run loader again?

    Thanks

Try using the Loader.exe instead of Desktop manager. It's located in Program Files/Common Files/Research in Motion/AppLoader. That should pop them bacj in pretty easily.

You will drive yourself crazy worrying about memory. I suggest not worrying too much about it and enjoy the phone. I ran mine down in the single digits once and everything still worked fine and speedy.
