When I replaced a different Sim Card the network wouldn't appear. It keeps SOS. Have tried on and off the network and still remain the same. Have tried to put in a different device and the network is read/appear. Any one know why?

Keep in mind, the carrier has to have the sim id and imsi in their systems for the hand held to register on the network.
