Someone give me hand

I got ulock cod to unlock my Telus Blackberry to use with anther network providers I successed to unlocke it to Rogers and Fido but after that I tryed to make it works with wind when I tryed to do it my blackberry locked completly give me only SOS and I can't use it at all I wish someone let me know what I've to do
