Hi i m using Blackberry storm 2 9550. The BBM service on my mobile has suddenly stop. I m using vodafone SIM. I even had a talk with the Vodafone store but they didn't provide any help .Please help me!!!!!!

Have you pulled the battery out of your BlackBerry Storm 2 device yet for about 10-15 seconds?

Usually a device re-boot will solve this problem pretty quick.

Today my bbm and email both stopped working after upgrading my bbm I tried taking battery out but still not working I then foned vodafone who told me that blackberry server is done but my partner is on o2 and he isn't having any problems so not sure if its just vodafone down just now

I Have a Problem When I Updated My Torch 9810, When I Make or Receive Calls the People can't Hear Me, Sometime I'll Have to Reboot it a Couple Times is this a Hardware Problem or software problem
