    cannot find apps on my black berry play book after i did a security swipe not even the default apps ard there can you hepl me please

    I noticed that your profiles says OS 2.0 if that the case and you performed a security wipe within 24 hours of registering for OS 2.0, then you may need to register again. Once thats done plug back in to your Desktop Manager and see if there is an update. Please verify your OS thanks.
