Thread: broken camara

Hi there is something wrong with my camara. Its showing up green and blurry I was wondering if someone could help me fix this problem

Hey Maggie, sorry your having issues. Normally software issues don't cause problems with the camera but it could be. It can also be the hardware. Has anything happen recently? drop the berry, new software, any new apps installed?

If nothing recent happened try to backup, wipe, restore the software. you can also try a diff versions of software as well. This thread will help if you need help, All In One Guide - How To Upgrade Your Device - with Pictures & Videos

If the software reload or reset fails. then most likely your hardware is the cause and would need work or replacement.
