Nuked Blackberry 9550

HI,

I have a Verizon Blackberry Storm 2 recently purchased from ebay. I tried to debrand it through HardLocked.com website. hey have asked me to pull out the battery connect the phone to computer and run a application called RIM wireless device command line auto programmer.Then they have remotely logged on to my device and done some changes. Now the screen displays "No Application Linked" massage. They said now i can install the OS but when i connect to application loader is says " There are no blackBerry device software updates available". But my PIN is recognized. Now it doesn't recognize verizon software as well. No help is getting HardLocked people as well. Please help me regarding this issue.

This is not an issue with Ebay purchase. Since this phone is from Verizon wireless, most of the features are blocked if we want to use with another network. Only Verizon software updates can be installed to the device. That is why i needed to unbrand the device. After completely wiping the device "No Application Linked" Massage appears. And now when i tried to install a fresh OS it doesn't recognize. (now even Verizon does not recognize the phone) I think this is called the factory OS. Now i need to find a way to install the OS :rolleyes:.
