    Hay I'm trying to connect to email settings. But want let me. Failure to connect. Are something.

    On that BIS login screen if you need help with VZW about you Blackerry BIS acct, you can select The Require Assistance? link next to the login in box and there will be a 800 number for assistance.

    Give it some time. They are having an outage right now. Mine has been coming and going today. Right now it's down again.

    yeah i just confirmed from vzw there having tower issues are something. so should be working in a few hours are so.
