    Bb 9300 help

    sir pls help me regarding on my blackberry 9300.. my bb upgraded 2days ago to OS6. then i decided to downgrade to Os5.. now my device is still in white screen w/the error:507 when i was installing OS5 this is the message "The Blackberry Desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device you have connected to the computer. please contact your wireless service provider or system administrator." i did.t back up my device when i start to changemy Os to 5. pls help me:guilty: my bb is 4 days old..
