Thread: Blackberry 9700 problems!!

I have bought a second hand blackberry bold 9700.
sometimes when someone calls me the phone wont ring and writes uncaught exceptionsomething)process terminated.
the other problem is that my alarm is not ringing anymore...in fact it is not showing any sign of snooze or stuff....I have tried to change the tone, the volume, in hostler/out of hostler, put a ringtone to calendar reminders and it's still doesn't ring.
I would be greafull if there is anyone that can help me

Have you tried to update or re install the OS?

no i haven't...i read about the new OS6 and read how to update the software but i didn't understand much of it..
