There's an from AppWorld called "Documents to Go" for $15.00 that will allow viewing and editing MicroSoft docs, excel, and powerpoint files. https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs.../18324?lang=en If you are going to be creating, editing a lot of MicroSoft Office docs then this is the way to go.

Blackberry phones will not read pdf files without an app from AppWorld. https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...t/1306?lang=en

Blackberries can open PDF's by default, if they are included as an attachment in an email. However, if you safe that PDF to your phone it cannot be viewed.
Ghost's suggestion about Documents To Go is what most people use. It little workaround is to email the document to your self.
