Thread: 9630 Tour Verizon Wireless unlocked phone..cannot access interner, BBM,Mails

I have a Blackberry 9630 Tour Verizon unlocked phone, everything was running good for last 4 months but from last week I couldn't access the internet, BBM not working, no emails work, only calls and SMS are active...I called up the service provider Vodafone and they said everything is all right from their side and there might be a problem with the phone....please suggest possible remedy

In my investigation, I found this...

The first thing that I would check is the SIM information. If you can dial *#105# this is a network command and will show you this information.



You will be given 2 dates and the bottom date needs to be up to date. If not pull the battery out of the phone while it was on then put it back in. This should update this for you.

If that hasn't worked, I would then request for the service books to come to the phone. To do this: Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table > Highlight any line of numbers and press the BlackBerry Button > Select Register now.

You will then get these sent to the phone.
