I want to update my phone and im new ive got a bold 9700 how do i update it to the one like 9780????

If u think you can upgrade from 9700 to 9780 then thats to far fetched. May be you can use the Market section to swap ur 9700 with 9780

What he means is that he wants his software to be like the 9780, which is OS6. Joe already explained how to do that.
