I can't download via BB 9700 T-Mobile, When I want to download, it must have to login blackberry. When I already login, I could not save the setting, so I can't download any application.

do you have a BIS data plan? also when you say download do you mean downloading an app from appworld or just any type of download? lastly, when you go to download are you getting an error message, if so what?
