Thread: wifi problems in bb storm 2

i have a problems in using wifi connections in my bb storm 2. i cant use my applications and even the browser. how can i fix it? please help me.. i cant use my wifi at home. :17:

Can you give us some more details? Is the wifi saying it is connected and doesn't work?
Have you tried going to manage connections and making sure you are on the correct settings?

my bb says im connected. but i cant still use my applications. but theres no check mark on the box but a flatline instead. i tried to use a different wifi connection but still not working.

1. Make sure the applications you are trying to run don't require a BIS data plan.

2. From the homescreen (with all the icons) Go to setup> options,>advanced options>browser. Make sure Default browser configuration is set to HotSpot browser.

I got a blackberry storm 2 but I aint had no wifi problems that much
