Thread: BB Backup

I have a BB Storm 2 and would like to know if there is backup software that will backup ALL of my Storm 2. I had a failure just recently and the backup from DM did not include any software that I downloaded from any web site or even App World so I lost many hours trying to get it back.

Please advise recommended backup software.

did you make sure the option to backup third party apps was checked in desktop manager?

The only place that I see an option to backup third party software is in switch devices. This option only seems to work when you have both devices available at the same time. If I only have 1 device but want a backup so that if I have a problem with the device and it gets wiped I can restore third party software it does not work.
