Thread: Help!! Error Msg when doing a Backup using Desktop Manager

I've been following the forums trying to complete a backup but i keep getting the dreaded error msg. I've cleared cache, cookies, browser history and pushed content, cleared logs with the ALT LGLG and battery pulled numerous times. i even read to watch where the back up fails and that was my messenger, so i deleted all my bbm contacts (i dont use other im's) .. can anyone help me!

Hello sparkklesplash07... Welcome to you will love it here. First off I just wanted to say that I edited your title so that our members with have an easier time locating the thread and helping you. On that note... What is this dreaded error msg that you are talking about. Have you tried disconnecting your internet before opening Desktop Manager. Sounds crazy but sometimes this is the issue with DM.

Thank you for your help! The error im getting just saying an error backing up database, and i tried uninstall and reinstalling desktop manager but its still not working ...
