Hello. Is it possible to make some settings that email icon doesnt open rightaway unless you put some code of your choice?

Is there application for this, or OS 5 already has this setting?

I have not heard of such an app...you can lock your phone and password protect that, but not just the email icon....to the best of my knowledge.

Failing the ability to lock the icon, you can always hide it

Looks like I found one that will lock emails and apps. Go into the BBOS store under "most popular" alls...its called Applock.

Damn, i hope they fix it. Also, do you think it wastes too much battery since its always gonna be ON as application in background?

You may also use ILock, which will lock individual programs. Also the latest Patternlock will lock apps as well. Sorry don't have links at this moment..Good Luck
