Anyone who won the contest hear from SmrtGuard?

Just wondering if anyone else who want the free yearly sunscription to SmrtGuard heard from anyone from SmrtGuard yet? I gave my email to BBOS immediately after getting notified and BBOS responded just as fast. I know BBOS cannot control when we are contacted by the developers, but its been almost a week and still no word from SmrtGuard? Anyone got an update? I'm anxious to start using the service! Thanks

I have not heard from them as yet. What matters to me is BBOS has responded and did their part. It will come soon. And if not then no problems. But that has never happened.its all in family.

They'll contact you when as soon as they can. Keep in mind they are getting flooded with giveaway winners. Crackberry has a giveaway as well and sent in their list so they have a quite a bit.

no problem, i figured it would take some time just didn't know it would be this long, but i am not complaining - especially not abot BBOS. Can't beat FREE no matter how long it takes

we can wait a while we know how busy they are.
Its a great prize though, I have just read the list of features again and it will do me fine.
I might even get it for my kids and wife too in case of accidents with their BB's.

I've been using Smrtguard now since the contest was announced, more out of curiosity than anything else. I must say, I'm very impressed with this little app. It does everything it advertises and the dashboard on the web site is extremely user friendly. Using my bb for work, I like the option of remotely wiping my phone should it be lost or stolen. No more sleepless nights wondering what information could be used against the company or personally. I particularly like the option of actually listening to any conversation on the phone should it be lost or stolen. I tried it from Smrtguard's website, and heard everything going on in the next room from the land line. Best part was my bb did not show or otherwise indicate that it had called the number I specified through the website.

This little app is a professional bb user's dream come true!!

Have downloaded it onto my wife's and son's phone and am now waiting for my copy from the giveaway. I can wait, still have 9 days left on my 30 day trial.

I had registered for the trial with the email that I provided when I won. The account was converted to a full account after the contest win.

Try doing a trial using the e-mail address that you provided for the contest and you may get your account upgraded instantly.

Woke up for a nice surprise this morning. Noticed that my subscription is good till March 2011. Thank you again
