I contacted them about a week ago and they took care of me.
I got my 30-day trial setup today. Unfortunately they closed about 30 minutes ago so I will have to wait til Monday
Well the nightmare continues... Called their customer service last night after they closed (they closed at 7 PM EST and I called at 8:30) but left a detailed voicemail, as they instructed me to do on their greeting. Called twice again this morning - during normal business hours - once at 1 o'lock and once a little after. I left a second detailed, polite voicemail. It is now 11 o'clock EST on Friday - no callback, no email, no junk folder email, no response.
Starting to get a little put out by this company...
Ok finally some good news ...SmrtGuard called me back this afternoon and advised that they had updated my account to reflect the free yearly subscription. Just thought I'd share that they did take care of me. Took a little longer than I expected it to, but it was taken care of nonetheless. Thanks BBOS!
I missed them on my first call too, different times zones-easily done.
Just spoke with them and found out that everything is done!
