I never used the trial and still haven't heard anything. Even if those with the trial had it upgrade free, everyone who won the contest should still have been notified by SmrtGuard telling us to download the trial. Honestly, I would have been happy with a mass email saying "Hey, we know you won and we'll get your full version out soon..." just so that I know I wasn't forgotten or left out. Hopefully I will get an email today...

Just as soon as we know something, you will know something.
Mr Wireless, just go to www.smrtguard.com and download the free trial. It is a full version for 30 days. Get your account setup and your pin registered. If you still have not recieved your 1 year license after a day or so, log into your account via a desktop, go to the help section and send an email to Smartguard. In it let them know you have won a 1 year subscription and that you are enquiring about having it activated. Give the email address that you first gave Sunkast. In about 2 days after that you should have your 1 year subscription activated.
Keep this in mind, Smartguard is becoming increasingly popular, particularly with the completely free tracking / locating / wiping / nuking your blackberry remotely function. They are busy processing orders and BBOS is tied up with server issues. A gentle prod to Smrtguard on your behalf will work.

I got my 30-day trial setup today. Unfortunately they closed about 30 minutes ago so I will have to wait til Monday

Well the nightmare continues... Called their customer service last night after they closed (they closed at 7 PM EST and I called at 8:30) but left a detailed voicemail, as they instructed me to do on their greeting. Called twice again this morning - during normal business hours - once at 1 o'lock and once a little after. I left a second detailed, polite voicemail. It is now 11 o'clock EST on Friday - no callback, no email, no junk folder email, no response.
Starting to get a little put out by this company...

Ok finally some good news ...SmrtGuard called me back this afternoon and advised that they had updated my account to reflect the free yearly subscription. Just thought I'd share that they did take care of me. Took a little longer than I expected it to, but it was taken care of nonetheless. Thanks BBOS!
