I would like to know if you can log into BIS from your device through the emial setup application.
This is located in your options screen, then go to the setup folder. From here select email setup.
This should bring up the BIS Login Screen.
Are you able to get this application to start?
tis crazy when i went into email settings i get the clock and it says its trying to connect aarrgghh.
Sounds like an issue with the device OS.
That application is a standard part of the core build and could be corrupt by the sound of things.
Are you comfortable doing a security wipe the trying to setup the email account again?
If so, be sure to back up the device then perform a security wipe. This action will bring the device back to its factory condition if you choose to wipe everything.

am avein simila problem too mine wont just register wit d BIS network....i use a storm2 vodafone....pls i need help...
have you try to reistalling your OS ?
