ABle to send but not Receive
since a week now I am not able to receive any emails on my Bold. Strange think is if I am connected via USB or WIFI I get them. Via wireless I struggling.
I have wiped (after doing a backup) the BB and have installed the latest OS.
Before the Acivation for BES starts I am able to receive the emails, but once the Activation is finished, it is the same as before.
Now my Admin says, on his side everything is OK.
I have googled a bit and found that many have this issue but there was no real solution.
Does any one have a good solution which I can try out on the BB or inform my Admin to check this out on his side?
I was even told that my device is faulty, but it has been working for over 25 months and I had no problems.

Has your BES admin tried resending your service books?
yes several times. he has even deleted by user and added me back new in the bes.
If you've done all of that, I would consider trying a device replacement to see if it makes any difference.
