ABle to send but not Receive
since a week now I am not able to receive any emails on my Bold. Strange think is if I am connected via USB or WIFI I get them. Via wireless I struggling.
I have wiped (after doing a backup) the BB and have installed the latest OS.
Before the Acivation for BES starts I am able to receive the emails, but once the Activation is finished, it is the same as before.
Now my Admin says, on his side everything is OK.
I have googled a bit and found that many have this issue but there was no real solution.
Does any one have a good solution which I can try out on the BB or inform my Admin to check this out on his side?
I was even told that my device is faulty, but it has been working for over 25 months and I had no problems.
