Can you delete bbbrowser and bbmaps? I like opera and google.

You can remove BlackBerry maps but i do not think you can remove browser.

I'm with you on the browser.. i know you can delete the default map app, but i believe that if you delete the bb browser and if it even lets you, you're a bit SOL.

That's mostly right. While it is possibly to remove the COD files for the browser, the problem is how integrated the browser is into the OS. You'd be doing more harm than good. Plus you still need the BB Browser in order to download any app OTA.

to give u a clear answer if you remove the cod files for the browser you will end with a sexy reload os screen or a jvm error, browser is a part of the core applications meaning that it is needed on the os to make the phone functional...
