Thread: Deleting Vendor.xml

Once again, what is the purpose of deleting this file? The last hybrid I installed, I think I forgot to delete it because I see it in the directory.

It's just a safety measure to insure that the OS will install. Sometimes if there is a vendor file that is from another carrier, it could prevent the OS from installing. I have forgot before also. As long as it installs it doesn't matter.
