I have a Bold running .297 on AT&T BIS. I followed the directions verbatim and even have a NET Browser, but trying to download large files results in the following error: The requested page was too large to deliver to the device Any ideas?

I am on sprint and getting the same message. I also cant send and receive MMS anymore. Has anyone on sprint been able to use this hack and still send and receive SMS messages?

I would try deleting/clearing your service books, then resending them. You can do this by hooking up your phone to your computer and using the advanced option in back up and restore for desktop manager.

I had the same problem with the MMS, since I do use. I deleted the new service books, and resent all back to normal now!

On my unlocked, unbranded AT&T Bold the net option is there but no matter what I do it will not "stick". It always returns to internet browser and gives the usual entity too large error. Any ideas?

add me on this one too. Dont see myself doing any "power downloading" on my phone. Would have been nice if this did allow larger attachments. should be native on these phones, specially if they are "business phones". What if I actually used my email for work and I got some sort of ppt file. Those arent small. BES or BIS you should be able to open an attachment larger than 2mb. IMO

I think is your vendor ID (1/179) instead of any settings
