Default I think I bricked my Curve

i tried to update my sisters curve and i got an error msg on my DM "fatal error in updating device" and the phones led is just blinking red. pls advise on this issue.

AS BBOS said in your other post, you will need to reinstall the OS. You may need to leave the battery out of your phone as you begin the reinstall process. Usually once you are able to connect to the boot rom, and before the device reinitializes, put the battery back in.
