Tour OS 4.7.1.53 Official

This version has had a bit of a roller coaster ride. First it was leaked last week, and soon after made official by Verizon. Then as quickly as Verizon made it official, they pulled it down. Now 4.7.1.53 is once again official, from Reliance this time however.
