Member ChrisColeman, just let us know that the carrier CBeyond has made 4.7.1.65 official for the Tour. Still not an official 5.0 but yet it is still higher then Verizon and Sprint and whoever else is carrying the Tour. Then again, I have no idea where the CBeyond carrier is based out of. Either way, if you want a higher 4.7 OS on your Tour, you can now install 4.7.1.65.
