Can't tell anything different yet. GMAIL big font problem is still there (though others say it's fixed)

hey sharky
We should just move this leak to the telus/bell forum. We're the only network that can't load a 5.0

Hey SM... you back on bbm yet or just ignoring me :P I feel so used lol, I got 5.0.0.230 on my Storm, put a hybrid on my Tour and wondering if 4.7.1.53 is worth it? or just stay with the .42 base hybrid from Irtehun....

Wirelessly posted
Way it sounds I think I will stay with .42 cause .53 doesn't sound like it has any big improvements over it.

I will load a bit later, but I do have a buddy thats running it. He told me so far the only big difference he has noticed is that he has no more issues with video playback. I have also noticed with .42 that certain videos wont play, and youtube is hit and miss.

Ok, it's loaded. Right off the bat I notice that my BBM's go out almost instantly now. The video does work much better than .42. Im not seeing alot of the loading scripts and other delays with the browser. Web pages load much faster. I havent run across any negatives yet.

This has been out for nearly 24 hours and no more responses than this??? What's going on with our Tour group??? I know .230 leaked for the Storm, but guys!?!?! Come ON!?!?
Loaded and running
BBM 5.0 working well - messages out much quicker
Improved signal quality
Improved audio quality via bluetooth and handset speaker (during call)
.42 video issue is resolved
Snappier interface (lag is drastically reduced)
Improved memory (OS loads with approximately 10MB additional)
No negatives at this time

Finding
Win7x64 Ultimate/DM 5.0.1:
Must uninstall any previous versions of 4.7.*** from computer, then install .153. If not done, the system and DM 5.0.1 will only recognize the previous version/s of 4.7.*** and you will end up only with that or one of those previous versions.
Going to be testing over all temperatues today while out and about. .140 gets really warm quite fast, .191 does not, we'll see about .153

I'm having a 1.53 problem that I didn't have with .40, and I'm pretty sure I didn't have with .42. When playing MP3s, every 3rd or 4th song will not play any sound, until I click on the progress bar, and move it(either forward or backward). This has proved to be quite annoying, as I use my Tour as my MP3 player while in the car, as well as at the gym.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
