I had trackball issues with my tour since it was new. I Finally got feed up and took it to a sprint repair center. They acknowledged that there was a hardware problem, but insisted that there was software fix coming. I insisted that something be done and subsequently the tech ordered a replacement tour. I picked it up today. And the new trackball is heavenly and scrolls flawlessly

. Looked like a refurb pack, but the status indicates that it is not refurbished and it definitely looks new.
