RIM Developer Issue Tracker
So RIM has now set it all up, minus the bugs that first came arose when it was first put out. You, yourself the regular consumer can now act like your part of the RIM team and submit your own bugs and new features you would like to see added. It only goes up to 4.7 as of right now, and will not try to resolve all problems you have in 4.7.1 and on though. You can file bugs and new features in these six areas.
BES APIs
BIS Infrastructure
Documentation
Java API
Plazmic
Tools
Web API
You can log in/sign up right here.
Go start reporting!!

Maybe that's why they won't fix your bluetooth, because you just had a not RIM acceptable resume.

Either that or perhaps they've been reading my posts in these forums.
