Welcome to BBOS, I promise that we can get your fixed up.
First, What OS version are you running. You can find this in your options->about menu?
If you are running a version less than 4.5.0.160 you will need to upgrade your software first.
Do This by following the directions from SMCOLDBB that I posted below to upgrade your software.
first step backup your data via dm
back up your 3rd parties with this link ;
Video - How to backup your Third-Party Applications
remove any os from your pc c: control panel > add/remove programs > delete any RIM os there one will be DM the other if any will be the os
download this 4.5.0.160
https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...E607FE7CC0E1A0
once it's loaded on the PC ( takes about 20-30minutes) follow this path
c: program files > common files > research in motion > apploader - at the bottom of the list you should see a file called a vendor file - delete that. reboot pc
download this;
http://www.berryosfiles.com/downloads/BBM_4.5.0.zip
to your "my doc's" extract or save to..: open that and right click on the single file ( blackberry messanger .alx) copy
reopen c: program files > common files > research in motion > now go to shared > loader - place it here
go back to BBM5 file and select every other file and place them in here;
c: program files > common files > research in motion > now go to shared > loader - open your os and open the java folder and right click paste 0 over write all files
NOW YOUR DONE INSTALLING BBM5.0
now we load--- go to c: program files > common files > research in motion > apploader and with your device pluged in open the apploader icon (looks like a little phone) follow the steps but make sure you put a checkmark beside any of the apps in the list you want to be placed back onto your device.
give it a shot and let us know if you get stuck
