Only difference is it's from a different carrier, and you'll need to delete the vendor.xml file before installing to your phone.

Well fist of all Sprint was .57 and these are .61 other than that I haven't heard a lot of feedback on these to tell you a difference seems with 5.0 floating out there these 4.7 os's aren't as popular as they used to be.

This is my first post, but I'm very active on pinstack and some on crackberry... Just got my Tour from Cellular South Friday and I cannot use 5.0.0.230 or any 5.0 build for that matter because of their service books take away my browser and theres no way around it.. Will report if I find anything on .61

Welcome and thank you for the update. Sounds like you have the same issue Telus customers had with the service books.

Hmm I can't recall it?
I believe it was after .230 leaked that I know, they couldn't use .191.

What BBM did you use when you backed up your phone? 5.0 or 4.7?
If you used BBM 5.0 I would try doing a selective restore and just skipping the BBM messenger contacts. Then redownload 5.0 and use it's built in restore feature and see if that works for you
