Friday Tip: Quick Access To The BlackBerry 10 Clock

It's equally infinite and finite. A force that us mortals try to tame and control while it slowly and inexorably brings us closer to our ends. The cycle of life. Tick, tock, tick.

Unfortunately, BlackBerry haven't got around to solving that riddle yet – but there is a very simple and nice shortcut for those that are obsessed with time like me.

Homescreen space is incredibly important, and I like to have my essentials one or two taps away. Having the clock app (which I do use daily) on the first page is annoying as there

Z10 Tip: Browser Shortcuts in OS 10.1

While playing around with my Z10 this afternoon, I came across a new feature in BlackBerry 10.1. When viewing a webpage in the Browser, you can use keyboard shortcuts to quickly navigate through the Browser. Anyone who has previously owned a BlackBerry with a physical keyboard should be familiar with these shortcuts, but in case you're not, here's the list.

B - Bottom
T - Top
P - Previous Page
N - Next Page
L - Refresh
K - Bookmarks

The Globe and Mail has released an extensive list of BlackBerry Q10 keyboard shortcuts. Having that QWERTY keyboard also means having these easy ways to quickly use the device. There looks to be around 200 so far, but the list isn't totally complete. So if you notice a shortcut is missing.
