how do you install this? i'm new to os7. should i remove the vendor file also? what are the exact steps to be taken? i have torch 9850 from sprint unlocked. |

@mohanterence: Get latest BB DS: http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/ Download and install new OS too. - Install both and delete all Vendor.xml's. Search hard drive. - Reboot for good measure. - Open BB DS and plug in BB via USB lead. - It will see BB and ask to update. - Cancel and BACKUP first. - Then goto file, Update. - BB will now update. Be patient. Can take 30mins. - When redone, redo emails and check apps. - I also go in BB App World and press alt+RST to reset the app list. This should do trick. |

Currently experience these problems: 1.Media -> Photos - doesn't load thumbnails 2.Device Resets itself many times throughout the day 3.Camera -> when taking pictures there's horizontal lines throughout the photo - not all the time though |
