Looking Good so far. If you get this there will be no need to get the BlackBerry Messenger v5.0.1.45 download. Its already included in this Leak/Release... Luck & Love!

Any word on if this will work for Tmobile users. That was problem with most of the other leaks for me.

This version of the BB OS, 9700_6.0.0.424 is great for aesthetics and functionality. However, with regards to normal features like making calls either with or without a Bluetooth device is absolutely horrible and in all cases, does not work. Just downgraded to the latest BB OS 5 version so that I can make and receive calls again reliably. If there is a more stable version that actually allows voice operations to work properly, please let me know. Otherwise stay away from this version!!!

You should if you want to see how cool OS6 is. However, I caution you that you will not be able to make phone calls with this OS.

@ericdiaz98:
Mines been sending and receiving calls just fine mate, dunno whats going on with your handset :-s

Speedier than the last, few bugs here and there but that's to be expected from a leak!

Meh - I have installed ALL of these leaked version, and ya they're neat, but I'm going to wait for the official, as it's just a pain when something goes wrong, to downgrade again.

Downgraded to OS5 again as the 6.0.0.424 version is still having problems with making calls. Specifically, when I try to make a call, the 9700 will jump from headset to speaker continuously and I cannot make a call. The receiving party hears the call come in and bits and pieces of my call, but not much. My handset is the Bold 9700 from AT&T. Maybe I should bag it and get the Torch instead. Frustrating!!!

Installed it, look great, only the 1 and the 7 are mixed up when trying to dial a number.
Really strange!

Hello together! The only problem with this version is a small bug to edit contact entries. Rest works very sufficient. There is no reason for downgrading. Many thanks to the uploader.

Don't know what I am missing. I have downgraded and upgraded several times now and am still having problems with making calls. My 9700 is fairly new and is in pristine condition. Any others having problems making calls?

Got fed up with the 9700 and the OS6 problems and bought a Torch. Starting to play with it now.

Only problem i still see is the selecting text. If your in BBM and your typing out a message and need to scroll up to refer to a previous message, the flashing curser that allows you to select the text disappears. so you don't really know really know what your going to select until you select it lol.

Battery life is great, everything runs smooth so far.
