Thread: Error code when syncing

This is an error I get when syncing my 9900 with DM

I deleted and reinstalled DM more then ones, even deleted all Outlook programs.
It keeps giving me this error telling me to check documentation.
No idea what documentation.
Problem is, I have a 95000 plus calander items due to an error, eg I have mothersday 650 times, like Christmass, newyears eve etc. I had to delete all manually :S
What to do?

What version of Desktop Software do you have? If you do not have the latest, version6.1.0 B38 download that it here:

Same version DM as I already have and the help from BB itself didn't help either.
No, as they call it, Asian characters, no pictures with contacts and no emailadresses in email 2 or 3. I think Im in the cause 4 group :S

I checked all my contacts but the weird thing is that when I sync calander only, it also gives the error.

Yeah at the end of that KB there were some workarounds to try.

Ill give it a go.
